Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any returned stock unit will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

To minimize errors, all custom orders are carefully reviewed prior to the start of production. However, if your custom hair system is found to be defective and has not been worn or altered, please notify us immediately at info@novahair.com and follow the return instructions listed above within 30 days of receipt at the delivery address.

If the defect is verified, we will return the system to our supplier for correction or offer one of our stock hair systems at cost. Please note that if no defect is found, custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
